What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazzs values, business, and products
Meet relevant stakeholders e.g. CVM, Technical, Pricing, Segments, Data Scientists, GR, FP&A, etc.
Develop understanding of Jazz EDW and other related systems
Build understanding of the Jazz CMS platform and existing integrations
Ensure CMS availability to users and ensure smooth operations
Work with CVM Team and Vendor to ensure new CMS integrations
-Within 60 days, you will:
Take initiatives, build understanding and design new cataloguing where applicable
Monitor and improve system performance by understanding and making appropriate changes
Monitor campaign execution and establish a monitoring framework
Ensure CMS reporting as per the requirements
Ensure & facilitate Business users by handling JazzIT ticketing system
Implementation of business rules check points to ensure information integrity
Implementation of various health checks for monitoring of data trends
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Work on process improvement for overall CMS processes
Ensuring timely development & delivery of Projects with maximum throughput
Ensuring the posting and provisioning process timely executions to support the business

We are looking for someone who has relevant experience in Data Domain focusing on CMS day to day operations and troubleshooting with Technical back group and hands on expertise on IBM Unica. Someone who is not afraid to take new challenges and can take lead of new initiatives. Someone who knows and can handle ever growing needs to Business users and also has a proven track record of delivering best quality products to users.

The structure of the team you will join is:
A 26 members team (including the department head) with 03 sub teams
You will be part of a 03 members sub-team reporting to a manager
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Maintain, monitor, troubleshoot and ensure successful operations of IBM Unica
Manage the JAZZ IT ticketing system and ensure timely deliverables
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team. What would be the result of those interactions if we assume 100% collaboration?
Ability to manage all stakeholders expectations and ensure timely deliverables specially for CVM
Ability to coordinate with regional teams to support them in their Analysis/reporting needs
The two (02) specific tasks that team was working on in the last 6 months with results.
Established the Service Delivery Team and ensure timely deliverables as per Business Users requirements
Automate manual processes to improve efficiency
The three (03) must have past experiences the best candidate should have.
Data warehouse (Teradata EDW preferably)
Reporting & Analysis
The two (02) must have technologies the candidate should have.T
TeraData SQL / BI MicroStrategy
