What the first 30-60-90 days in the job will look like?
-Within 30 days you will:
Attend and graduate from our company-wide on boarding process along with detailed orientation program where you will learn Jazz’s values, business, and products
Meet with the Business Service Division team to understand the strategy of the function in line with Organization strategy and company road map. Have meetings, with members of other teams to understand how each function at Jazz contributes to the overall success.
Understand the functionality of Business Analysis team and how your role fits into the overall strategy and function. You will understand Business SOPs & processes, who are the stake holders, develop the understanding of BI tools, CRM and associated portals.
Get aligned to the ongoing tasks, projects and deliverables.
Develop in-depth understanding of Jazz philosophy and frameworks
-Within 60 days, you will:
Be responsible for segmented reporting to all the stakeholders
Be involved in dashboard management for B2B KPIs
Be responsible for adhoc reporting and analysis for special projects and assignments
Remain updated on all current policies, procedures, promotions, products and value added services offered by the company
Take ownership and ensure meeting timelines of the assigned tasks.
Ensure proper behavior/discipline/grooming/punctuality as per the requirements and image of the company.
-Within 90 days to onwards you will:
Perform Business Analysis to identify variance targets and achievement
Be able to develop Commercial and channel performance dashboards
Provide recommendations to improve revenues and reduce churn supported by analysis

We are looking for someone has prior experience in a business analysis and reporting role and has strong knowledge of Database Management (SQL), BI Tools Microstrategy & IBM Cognos. The applicant should familiar with business Analysis techniques and skills. High proficiency in operating MS Office Tools, Especially in MS Excel & MS Power point is required.

A brief about your department:
The Business Analysis team is a sub part of the Channel Planning led by the B2B Marketing Head. The team is focused towards reporting, analysis and performance management of the entire BSD function. The objective is to regularly monitor and report the business KPIs and performance indicators through detailed business analysis.
The structure of the team you will join is:
You will be reporting to the Manager Business Analysis and Performance Management and will be based in Lahore. You will have 5 to 6 peers who will be handling different BI areas.
The two (02) main priorities of the team as a whole are:
Provide the detailed insights of B2B performance of all segments
Performance, contract and incentive management for the entire function.
With which other stakeholders the successful candidate will work with functional/regional/ within the team:
You will work with internal and external stakeholders including segment managers, account managers, Marketing, DWH and all functions of the company for Business analysis and reporting.
